If you don't know what MUGEN is, it's a 2-D Fighting Game Engine that lets you create your own custom fighting game, similar to that of Street Fighter, King Of Fighters, Mortal Kombat, Samurai Shodown, etc. You can download the Windows version here. The site with the original DOS version and Linux version is gone, and the Windows version is actually a hacked port from the Linux version, but it works great. Then, you can download other people's characters and/or create your own, if you're good at programming.
